This seems like a pretty good deal if anyone is looking for a NVMe PCIe M.2 Gen3 960GB/1TB SSD, not sure if it's TLC or QLC, no reviews on this drive, anyone have any info or experience with it?

I don't need another spare drive in the house..... I don't need another spare drive in the house..... I don't need another spare drive in the house.....

This would be a great drive to use in an NVMe enclosure as backup.

There's also the Patriot P210 SATA 3 1TB SSD 2.5 $57.99 that would be good for enclosure backup, currently still in stock.

I do have available slots for SSD or M2 internally , so which one should I get? Speed and readability wise? DRAM or something else to consider?

I think the Patriot P310 960GB NVMe should be good enough for most average user.

This might work for my second M.2 slot my main SSD is DRAM and Gen 4. Would I notice any gaming performance loss with this SSD?

Depends, I'd say the NVMe is more desirable for new machines that support the slot.

The P210 is better for old SATA only machines.

I think this popped up the other day, people were saying the TBW is low, but should be fine for average users

What do you guys use to clone to this NVME? I haven't done it in a long time and I only used Samsung so they used to come with their cloning software

What are you cloning from? If it's a brand that has the acronis package attached to it then you'll be able to clone using acronis so long as it detects the original drive.

I bought 2 for 2 PCS.

1- I am cloning from a regular HD to this NVME (same hardware) for 1 PC
2- I want to clone from 1 PC SSD (Samsung EVO) to an NVME but different hardware, I am not sure if this is doable or efficient, some tools say they can.

I haven't needed to do it recently with the samsung version of true image, but in the past all that was required was for it to see any samsung drive in the system and then you could clone from any drive to any other drive.

If that doesn't do the trick, I've had luck with macrim as well.

These NVMe drives are getting so cheap. Now we just get some low cost enclosures.
