An upcoming trolley tour will showcase nine affordable properties that are currently for sale though the Chicago Housing Trust, a nonprofit corporation operated by the Chicago Department of Housing.

In addition to the Chicago Housing Trust, the event is being held by Structured Development.

According to a press release, the tour will begin at The Seng, an all-affordable condominium located in The Shops at Big Deahl development in Lincoln Park. The tour will also highlight Harrison Row Townhomes, a new 40-unit community of affordable three- and four-bedroom residences in East Garfield Park.

Single-family detached homes, townhomes and condos will all be featured on the tour, which takes place on Oct. 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It begins the Power Construction Field Office at 1504 N. Fremont St.
