Bodhi runs all the way back to the ship from the forest and limp and very unresponsive Jyn clutched tight in his arms.
“Cassian,” he yells “Please help she was sprayed with something!”
Cassian looks at the limp Jyn in his arms head moving from side to side while she blinks in a manner that doesn’t look right.
“What happened?” he asks
“We were exploring looking for life. I stepped on a something a plant and and then I hear a hissing and Jyn was shoving me out of way and it got her like a gas spray I don’t know!” then she started laughing and told me she was so tired and then she almost passed out so I brought her back as quick as I could.
Cassian takes Jyn from Bodhi and orders him to take K2 back to where it happened to see if he figure out what is happening to Jyn.
Once she is in his arms she looks up and him and sighs
“Jyn? Can you hear me?”
“Yes say something else”
“Are you okay what do you need mi vida?”
She gives him a lazy smile.
“Did you know I understand Festin?”
Cassian almost drop her, he did not know that. He might have been using that to his advantage when he thought she didn’t understand him now all the whispers and words he had said to her were bouncing around in his mind.
“I learned it when I was a kid I know all sorts of languages. I hope our kids have your accent and not mine.”
“Kids?”
“Yes, when this is over and we have kids I want them to sound like you. I love your voice”
“Okay?” Cassian says it as more of a question than an answer.
"When the war is over we should get a nice place by the water. I like the sound of water. Kay can come I like him."
"The water?"
"Yes, mi amor, the water. We can watch our children grow. I want to name them after our parents."
Jyn reaches up and tenderly strokes his face.
"Let's make a baby now. You will be a wonderful Father. I'm so lucky. You are so beautiful. I love you” she says and then her hand goes limp and she falls asleep.
