Rep. Budzinski selected for Pres. Biden campaign board

After President Joe Biden dropped his name in the hat of candidates for the 2024 election, he announced how he's bringing along some familiar faces to help his campaign for a second term.

50 people were selected for Biden's Campaign National Advisory Board.

One of which U.S. congresswoman Nicki Budzinski (D-Illinois,13th district)

She shared how it's an honor to be chosen because the Biden administration has a track record of helping working families thrive.

One example is how it created jobs through the Infrastructure Law.

Many of which can be seen here in Illinois.

"They've created over 800,000 jobs new, manufacturing jobs in this country," Rep. Budzinski said. "A part of that as we saw coming out of [COVID-19] is some of the pain points we have around our own supply chain. Quite frankly, an over-reliance we have on global economy"

Budzinski will also be joined by fellow Illinois lawmakers, Governor J.B. Pritzker, and Congresswoman, Lauren Underwood (D-14th District)
