How to Easily Transfer Multiple Files With AirDrop

You can access AirDrop through Finder from the sidebar. But you must add the AirDrop shortcut to the Finder Toolbar to transfer multiple files easily. To do this:

1. Open Finder on your Mac.
2. Click View in the menu bar, then select Customize Toolbar.
3. Drag the AirDrop icon to the Finder Toolbar.

Now that you have AirDrop in your Toolbar, you can transfer multiple files or photos quickly. To do so:

1. Locate the files you want to transfer and select them all by holding Shift or Cmd.
2. After selecting them, click the AirDrop icon in the Finder toolbar.
3. Select the person you would like to transfer the files to.
4. After you confirm they have been transferred, click Done.

One thing to note is that some people may change the AirDrop name on their devices, so make sure you select the right person.
