Pirelli has confirmed the tyres they have nominated for the upcoming Singapore and Japanese Grand Prix.

The tyre manufacturer will take the three softest compounds for the return of the Marina Bay Street Circuit, nominating the C3, C4, and C5 compounds.

This will be the opposite for Suzuka whereby the C1, C2, and C3 compounds will be available for the teams to chose from.

It's the first time these types of tyres have been used at the circuits, as both Singapore and Japan were cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid.

The return of Singapore is expected to be a challenging for the drivers, considering the porpoising issues that have so far plagued teams at bump street tracks.
