Since July 2020, Miranda Rader has worked at La La Land Kind Cafe and, in March 2021, was promoted to barista shift lead. Her work at the café includes making customers feel welcome, overseeing the closing processes, and preparing and serving food and coffee. She is currently working on getting her real estate license.

Getting a real estate license can benefit anyone looking to jumpstart their career or increase their earning potential. With a real estate license, you can access the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), an online database of properties for sale and rent. Access to this database allows you to show properties to prospective clients quickly and easily. Additionally, you can use the MLS to find out about any recent sales or market trends in the local area.

As a licensed real estate agent, you will also have the opportunity to earn a commission from your clients’ transactions. You will receive a percentage of each home sale you are involved in as part of your negotiated fee structure. On top of that, if you refer new clients to other licensed agents, they may also pay referral fees as part of their fee structure.
