"We don’t really give each other a lot of advice, truthfully," the 36-year-old exclusively tells OK! while promoting her partnership with Mrs. T’s Pierogies, which launched their latest campaign called Mrs. T’s All-Star Moms — a salute to the moms, shining a light on all the ways, big and small, they lift up their families and the people they love every day.

"That’s something that works well for us. Our choices in parenting aren’t always going to be the same, and as long as we can support each other and have the space for my choices to be mine and her choices to be hers, for each other to just love and support, you know, that to me is like the best," she gushes. "That’s for all moms — mom friends, moms you don’t know — I think everybody is trying to be the best mom that they can [be], you know."

"I don’t think [my mom] ever thought she would have this many grandkids, I think just every time a baby comes into a family, it’s such a blessing, and there is so much love and excitement around it," she adds.

What's even better is that Haylie's kids, Ryan, 5, and Lulu, 2, whom she shares with fiancé Matt Rosenberg, are super close in age with Hilary's two eldest kids, Luca, 9, and Banks, 2.

"It’s really nice," Haylie explains of the family's close bond. "Luca just had his birthday, and it’s so cool to see all of them together. He’s turned into such an amazing... He’s always been such an amazing kid — but he’s such a big boy now, the braces and just ugh. He’s just the cutest, sweetest kid, he really is."

In the meantime, the mom-of-two has been focusing on hanging out with her daughters ever since the coronavirus pandemic wreaked havoc on the world.

"I love this quality time with my kids. Right before the pandemic, Ryan was about to go into kindergarten, and I felt like it was so quickly approaching, like, 'Oh my gosh, how did this happen? I have a kid that is going to real school.' I wanted this extra time with her, and all of a sudden, I had it. While it wasn’t under good circumstances, we turned it into a positive, and I have really tried to soak up these slower days with my kids, making dinner with them and not racing to a million after-school activities. I think the rat race slowing down has been the best of thing of all for me."

"Mrs. T’s is launching their All-Star Moms campaign, and for me, I love this because Mother’s Day is one of those tricky holidays, where sometimes moms work really hard on Mother’s Day," she explains of the collaboration.

"You’re trying to do something nice, but then you end up working really hard, and I just love that their campaign was a salute to all things that moms do and how hard they work and really recognizing that, telling moms how much you appreciate them," she adds.

"I love that this campaign was the way to really tell them and show them. Mrs. T’s, they are going to spotlight moms on their social media, there’s prizes, there’s cash, there’s like a year of Mrs. T’s Pierogies, so it’s a really fun, interactive campaign."
