Formerly a power distribution centre, this building has been transformed into an arts centre occupied by The Substation, which is an independent, non-profit institution that relies on multiple funding sources (donations, government funding, etc) for its operations. It also rents out space for art exhibitions and its dance studio for dance classes, etc

I love how different the buildings in singapore can be.
