Part 3 of my volunteering little saga.

So we were filming/distributing in this HDB and I noticed this sign board and asked what it was. I had seen it in some of my previous HDB ventures. The organizers explained that this particular building was for elderly people and unit could only be bought after you turn 55 (Singapore has one of the highest rate of home ownership with 91% Singaporean owning their home).

My friend looked at me and said I guess I’m turning elderly since I could buy a unit in a few months. I laughed and say thanks goodness I have a few more years ahead of me. We might have embarrassed the organizers a bit (we told her we were fine and she replied you look way younger -nice save) 😉
