Just one day after the 44-year-old sued over his "profanity-laced" court deposition, he's going after one of the biggest retail stores, Walmart.

Kim Kardashian's ex has filed legal documents, accusing the retail giant of selling a knockoff version of his famous Yeezy Foam Runner.

Kanye and his brand Yeezy claim Walmart is potentially costing him millions of dollars in sales and is confusing customers in the process.

'Ye sells his shoe for $75 a pop, while the alleged look-alikes at Walmart are less than $25 per pair.

According to the court documents, Kanye says he made the Foam Runners in 2019. The shoes were made available to the public in summer 2020.

In fact, his soon-to-be ex-wife was seen sporting the exact Yeezys earlier this year.

Some will remember the photos showing Kim studying for the bar wearing nothing but her bikini and Kanye's Foam Runners.

Kanye's lucrative brand claims Walmart is selling an "unauthorized exact copy" of their shoe design. They allege the retail shop is trying to make money off the rapper and his footwear.

As for the Jesus Is King rapper, he says his team shot off a legal letter telling Walmart to remove the shoes, but they failed to follow directions.

Kanye and Yeezy are suing for damages.

This isn't the only lawsuit Kanye has filed this week.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the rapper is demanding $14,882 in sanctions from the company MyChannel after details of his heated deposition were leaked.

MyChannel’s lawyers filed an emergency motion to get Kanye in court and he lost his s--- on the company's attorney, Michael Popok.

Kanye allegedly called Popok -- who is white -- "boy" at least 12 times during the virtual 10-minute deposition.

The rapper also wore a "full-face hood and head covering adorned with Jesus Christ’s image which obscured his face and muffled his voice," and said the legal team did not have a right to see his face.

Kanye also referred to himself as a “mental genius-ness" and called Popok "f---ing stupid" before storming away.

According to the rapper, MyChannel violated the court order by publicly filing information about his deposition, which he claims was under seal by the court.

He accuses them of violating the court’s order in an “attempt to gain some perceived advantage in the case.”
