Already got this last month for just over $450, figured some might be interested at this lower price.

For those interested, this is a wall mount garage door opener that connects to the spring bar. It’s meant to save space, it’s quieter, and it’s significantly easier to install.

Deal looks dead.

There is a third party seller selling some for $417,but the one sold by Amazon is $588.

Read up on this and if I were doing things again I would put a side mount direct drive model. I need to wait till my current ones dies, at 10 years old that might take longer than I have time seeing I dont park a car in there only machines and tools...lol.

Did learn I meet the conditions which one of the reviewers listed:

1) Confirm the torsion bar extends far enough beyond the bearing plate.....you only need 1.5 inches.

2) Confirm torsion bar is at least 3” below the ceiling.

3) Confirm drum that holds the wire attached to the bottom of the door has a diameter between 4 and 6 inches.

4) Confirm torsion bar is horizontal and straight.

5) The end of the torsion bar on which you plan to mount the opener must be at least 9 inches from the wall.

Does make for a cleaner installed look, however more costly versus the ceiling mounts.

There's 1 unit on amazon warehouse deals selling for $393.25. I was able to get this for $378.14 last month, also on warehouse deals.
