Tori Spelling 'Is Planning To File' For Divorce From Dean McDermott 'Very Soon', Says Source
Tori Spelling has been getting her ducks in a row in order to officially divorce husband Dean McDermott.
After being plagued by divorce rumors for months, a source told E! News that the actress, 48, and the reality television star, 55, are reportedly about to go their separate ways after 15 years of marriage.
"The marriage is over and has been for a very long time now," a source dished to the entertainment outlet. "Tori has met with her lawyers and is planning to file very soon. She's trying to work it all out and make sure she is financially OK first."
"It's for the best and has been a long time coming," the insider revealed. "They have been trying to work it out for years for the sake of the kids but they truly do not get along."
The source went on to add: "They have been sleeping in different rooms for months and haven't considered themselves to be 'married' for a while now. Tori's ready for a fresh new start but is trying to be strategic about it."

As OK! previously reported, the Beverly Hills 90210 star left the Slasher actor out of their Christmas card that included Spelling with their children: Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, 9 and Beau, 4, and a bunch of farm animals. She signed the card, “With Love, from our farm to your home! XOXO, Tori & Family.”
Fans could not help but notice McDermott's absence from the photo, as the True Tori star wrote in the comments — “favorite holiday card yet.”
Addressing the speculation, Spelling made clear in the caption on Instagram, “This is a card our friends and family will love opening and putting on display!”
Spelling and McDermott have been sending the rumor mill into overdrive after the estranged couple was spotted multiple times without their wedding bands. The Scary Movie 2 star was also recently seen screaming into her cell phone outside an attorney's office as sources have dished that their relationship has been "chilly" for some time.
