Scooter Braun's $50 Million Legal Battle With Former Goldman Sachs Business Partner Will Be Fought Out Of Public Eye
Scooter Braun's ongoing divorce isn't the only legal battle he's going through. RadarOnline.com has learned that months after Justin Bieber's manager was called a "sheep in wolves clothing" by a former Goldman Sachs partner and sued for $50 million, both parties have agreed to keep their ongoing lawsuit out of the public eye.
In legal documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Judge Barbara M. Scheper has signed off, ordering the proceedings to head into arbitration and out of the spotlight.
"All causes of action, disputes or controversies alleged in the Complaint against all defendants shall be submitted to and resolved in the AAA Arbitration," the documents read. "This action shall be stayed in its entirety pending the completion of the AAA Arbitration and re-opened solely with respect to any post-arbitration proceedings or as otherwise provided by law."
A status conference for the arbitration has now been set for February 9, 2022.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Peter Comisar sued Braun in June, claiming the music executive breached their contract.
Comisar alleged Braun deceived him into leaving his lucrative job at Guggenheim Securities and "aggressively courted" him to join Scope Capital Partners with the promise of a $3 million salary.
When the alleged "promised $700 million" didn't come through from Braun's bigwig friends like Interscope Records co-founder Jimmy Iovine, DreamWorks co-founder David Geffen, and Saban Entertainment founder Haim Saban, Comisar claimed Braun stopped paying his salary.

"Braun, by all outward appearance, was the real deal," the lawsuit read. He's suing Braun for $50 million in compensatory damages plus unspecific punitive damages.
But Bieber's manager responded by calling BS on the claims.
He filed a counter lawsuit against Comisar, calling for a "judicial intervention to end Peter's unlawful, extortionate and opportunistic threats against him."
Braun's summer was filled with legal paperwork. The music mogul filing for divorce from Yael Cohen Braun in July after 7 years of marriage.
He's asking for joint custody of their three children — Jagger, 6, Levi, 4, and daughter Hart, 2.
Braun has agreed to pay Yael spousal support, despite her dad being a billionaire.
