Wendy Williams' Brother Believes Her Next Venture After Her Talk Show Ends Will Involve 'Youth' & People Who 'Dream' Of Working In Media

Wendy Williams' brother has spoken out about what her next act could possibly be as her absence from her talk show continues.

While speaking with The Sun, Tommy Williams, 54, revealed that he has spoken with the chat show host, 57, about what her next act will look like after The Wendy Williams Show comes to an end.

“We've talked about different things. She’s definitely kicked around some different ideas, all of which I know she'll be successful with, but time will tell," the New Jersey native explained about his sister.

“I do believe that anything, post her career in television, if that were to be the case, would be involving youth and people who dream of doing something in the media," Tommy told the outlet.

He continued,“She can show them some of the other ropes, not the regular ropes, but some of the other ropes- because Wendy knows a lot about those other ropes.”

Tommy, who currently resides in Florida, touched upon the idea of his sister moving down to the sunshine state, “I would love to have her down here as a neighbor or just have her come down more frequently."

“I do know that once she's on the other side of some of these things that she's dealing with, there's no question she'll be here a lot more," he cryptically added. “To be honest with you if she ever were to throw in the towel- great- so now we get more Wendy. We can get on with more memories, we can do some more stuff, you know?”

No matter what happens next with Wendy's show — that is reportedly looking for a permanent host — Tommy knows his sister will land on her feet. “It’s not a big deal, it’s not. I can't think of a time when I was worried about Wendy in her career. I just can't. She's been through so much. I've been there with her through so much.”

Wendy has been out since the season premiere of her talk show in October. The media personality has battled multiple health woes with Graves' disease as well as a breakthrough case of COVID-19 earlier in the fall.
