House is a 2-story rowhouse split into two apartments. Your apartment is on the ground floor. It is not a basement. Gas radiator heat and Window AC.

Spacious patio in the backyard with Weber grill, patio table, umbrella, and chairs. Safe space to lock your bikes in back; shared garden in front.

Partially furnished (including living room TV, sofas, dressers/shelves, and beds), and decorated in some places. However if you prefer an empty apartment, this can be arranged! Please note all mattresses are fitted with high-quality pest/dust/allergen-proof protection covers.

Nearby several bus routes and the H Street trolley. 30min or less to 2 metro lines. 20 min or less walking distance to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. 5-7 min walking to H Street.

RENT is $2275/month, not including utilities. $2275 security deposit.

Utilities include electric, gas, water, and internet. Water and gigabit Fios are split with the apartment upstairs to save money for all residents. Disney+ included. We have solar power and electric bills are usually 0 monthly.

Pets are OK but will require additional fees and move-out cleaning at Tenant’s cost.

There is a formal application process including credit/criminal/eviction/employment screening
