Nick Cannon has opened up about his unorthodox lifestyle.

The comedian, 40, became a father of seven in June after his girlfriend Alyssa Scott gave birth to their son Zen.

And while this is Scott's first child, it certainly isn't Cannon's first rodeo.

But after years of receiving questions from fans over having seven children with four different women and how he makes it work, the TV star has finally revealed all.

Cannon appeared on the morning radio show The Breakfast Club, where he was introduced as "Nick, No Condom, Cannon."

"The Fertilizer," Cannon joked before quickly getting serious about the mothers of his children.

"They're the ones making the choice - women lead. In every scenario that I've had, I step back and say, 'How do you want to do this?'"

Cannon said he thinks having one partner is an outdated concept.

"That’s a Euro-centric concept when you think about the ideas of, like, you’re supposed to have this one person for the rest of your life," he said, per Daily Mail.

"The idea that a man should have one woman…we shouldn’t have anything. I have no ownership over this person," Cannon continued.

"It's about what exchange we can create together. So, I've never really subscribed to that mentality. I understand the institution of marriage but if we go back to what that’s about, that was to classify property.

"One father gave another man his daughter for land. I don’t want ownership over anybody. I don’t have ownership over any of the mothers. We created a beautiful entity."

What's more, the Masked Singer host went more in-depth into his feelings about monogamy.

Cannon explained: "I don’t subscribe to that. Those women, all women, are the ones that open themselves up and say ‘I would like to allow this man in my world. And I will birth this child. It ain’t my decision. I’m following suit.

"Every woman that I deal with or dealt with, they know how I feel."

He added: "I'm not going around like, 'Who am I gonna impregnate next?' Nah. It's usually scenarios. When you look at a family structure, the woman is always the one who leads and makes decisions."

Just weeks before welcoming son Zen with girlfriend Scott, Cannon welcomed twin boys, Zion and Zillion, with DJ Abby De La Rosa.

Cannon shares a son, Golden, four, and daughter, Powerful Queen, 9 months, with model Brittany Bell.

He also shares twins, Monroe and Moroccan Scott, 10, with ex-wife Mariah Carey, whom he was married to from 2008 until 2016.

The dad of seven also responded to criticism that having so many kids is selfish.

"Time is a man-made construct," he said. "Anybody who knows me ... I’m at every basketball game, every martial arts practice, and people don’t understand how I do it, but my children are my priority. It’s all about being present."

Cannon confessed that he's always wanted 10 to 12 kids.

"I’ve learned so much just from my children and it’s so amazing," he said. "I really just love being around my kids."
