A-Rod looked like a beast in the gym, lifting weights and working on his core during a sweat-drenched workout on Monday.
Doing deadlifts with more than 70 added pounds, the ex-Yankee proved he's keeping his body right months after Jennifer Lopez broke his heart.
Wearing a tight blue shirt that could hardly contain his bulging biceps, A-Rod made tongues wag by teasing his fitness routine.
"Back at it again," he wrote in the workout clip.
Unlike J Lo's current man Ben Affleck, A-Rod hit the gym hard.
After deadlifts, squats, core work, and ropes, his first workout after vacation was so intense that the slugger nearly passed out.
After sharing his fitness routine, A-Rod posted a photo showing himself lying on the gym floor and looked completely wiped out.
"Wtf happened," he joked.

A-Rod's been ditching the clean-cut act lately, adding vulgar language to his social media posts after returning from Saint-Tropez with Collins, who is just 35 years old.
One day ago, the ex-MLB player made his fans do a double-take when he posed in a chic suit and declared he had "big d--- energy" following their European holiday.
As RadarOnline.com reported, A-Rod and Collins lived their best life together in Saint-Tropez despite sharing the water with J Lo and Affleck, who were also on vacation in the coastal French town.
The baseball hunk didn't let his ex's presence get him down -- he even seemed to enjoy having Collins around to dangle under J Lo's nose.
Not only did A-Rod whiz by J Lo's $130 million yacht on a jet ski with Collins, but the duo also shopped at the same places the singer did just hours before.
They almost had another close run-in, but J Lo's team stepped in.
The Hustlers actress was reportedly forced to cancel a romantic lunch with Affleck after learning that A-Rod was dining at the restaurant.
J Lo didn't let her ex ruin her birthday celebration.
She made sure to display plenty of PDA with Affleck, just in case A-Rod was watching.
