The fact remains, Abacha looted, and embezzeled Nigeria’s money. Whether the repatriated cash was then looted by his successors doesn’t take away that fact. Babangida institutionalize looting, it became the norm. Northerners refuse to take any accountability of how they ruined the country. One crook is not any better than the next crook. Yes, they should all be in Prison, actually be hanged from babangida, Abacha, Obasanjo, Abdusalami, some corrupt governors etc
