Inter manager Antonio Conte has admitted that he is already over the elimination from the Champions League and thinking about his next task as Inter manager.

“What interests me now is trying to get to Christmas in the best way we possibly can and then recover injured players which will be important and not only in terms of being able to rotate,” he explained in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset.

“We are always playing the same players and there is a risk that the players get hurt. We will try to do our best, recover the players and create a base to build from. The transfer window? The window is relative.”

Alexis Sanchez, Stefano Sensi, Nicolo Barella, Roberto Gagliardini and Kwadwo Asamoah are all currently out on the sidelines with different injury problems with two of the five players listed not expected to return to action until after the winter break.
