Justice for Jemima: Nigerians react to death of lady after hospital rejected her
Legit.ng had earlier reported that a man identified as Othniel Anselm shared the story of how his sister, Jemima, and her friend, Jennifer, passed away. The man had shared the story in a thread on Twitter.
According to him, his sister and her friend were involved in an accident caused by a drunk driver. They were rushed to the hospital but the hospital rejected them, asking for a police report.
Anselm revealed that his sister and Jennifer passed away before they could get to another hospital. He also said the police were planning to release the drunk driver on bail.
Ever since he shared the story, Nigerians came out on the platform, calling for justice for Jemima, Jennifer, and the keke napep driver, who was said to have died on the spot.

Some Nigerians called out the government and the police for creating a failed system where a criminal can go free after the death of three people.

The hospital was attacked by other Nigerians who stated that rejecting the ladies is a crime. They expressed that the hospital should be sanctioned.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that a young Nigerian woman called out a medical doctor on Facebook and accused him of killing her sister. The lady, Oluwatoyin Halleluyah Douglas, claimed that the doctor killed her sister, Saratu Luga Mbaka, while driving under the influence.
