Over the weekend, alongside distinguished members of the PDP, I paid a solidarity visit to Ochanja & Upper Iweka markets in Onitsha, following the fuel tanker explosion fire that ravaged the area. In addition, I donated N2m for immediate treatment of the affected.

After the BBN show, I heard how much youths spent in voting.

But we have a legitimate reason to donate money now and everybody don answer im surname.

It is true. I just remembered we have a minister of humanitarian affairs. Does this not fall under her responsibility/office? What has been done/said regarding the illfated day at Onitsha?

Or is it still too early for government intervene ?

Being a father is different from being a politician in the public eye.
As a politician there are things u do that can make people want to have u.
This was one of the issues Obi had. Many ibos think the man is stingy and won't share.

only 2 million?

2 million would have been small for a normal politician of his status...but he is not a thief like a normal Nigerian politician of his status. So 2 million is massive for Obi.

Remember he refused to donate to Mbaka's project except he sees the framework of the project first. Such a prudent and disciplined man.
