Happy New Year from the staff of AppleInsider

As we near the very end of 2021, all of us here at AppleInsider wish you a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.

Even as we look ahead, we can also look back on the year that Apple — and the Apple news community — had in 2021. The company certainly threw us a few curveballs, from announcing a self-service repair program to releasing a new MacBook Pro that's basically built according to user feedback.

There were some funny moments, including the proliferation of memes based on Apple's $19 cleaning cloth.

We're expecting big things from Apple in 2022, including new MacBook Air, iMac, and iPhone SE models. Undoubtedly, Apple will throw in a few surprises, too.

Whether or not you're expecting big things for yourself in 2022, AppleInsider will be here to help with all of your Apple questions and curiosities — like setting up a new Apple Watch to ring in the New Year healthily, or wondering when the new iPhone will arrive.

Thanks for continuing to read and support AppleInsider throughout 2021. You keep reading, and we'll keep writing.
