They sent my mother a letter labeled "Accident Report" five days after my father was killed by a drunk driver. My grieving mother thought it could answer some of her many questions, but inside she instead found only a generic advertisement from Chris at the Lassen Law firm. I called their number and Chris refused to apologize, blamed his paralegal, doubled down on his "low contingency fee" marketing pitch, and told me that I didn't understand what an accident report was. By engaging in sleazy marketing tactics, the Lassen law firm has lost not only our business, but our respect.
