Noted journalist Mirko Graziano has likened current Inter manager Antonio Conte to legendary former Inter manager Jose Mourinho due to the amount of work he puts in to be successful.

“Conte is a manager who earns the affections of all the players on the field. He works from morning to late at night and in doing this, it makes him very similar to Mourinho who arrived at the training ground in the morning and was the last one to left when it was dark and people were already having dinner,” the Gazzetta dello Sport journalist remarked in an interview with Sky Sport 24.

Graziano then went on to reveal an anecdote about Conte and what he wanted to achieve during his managerial career.

“When we used to hang out in Turin he always told me, that his goal was to be like Giovanni Trapattoni, a manager who is loved by everyone.”
