Lorenzo Pellegrini is focused on signing a new contract with Roma despite several clubs being interested in signing him according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

The Italian national team player is under contract with the Italian capital city club until the end of the 2021/22 season and he and his representatives are waiting about for a call from Roma’s management to discuss terms over a new and improved contract.

Inter, Juventus and Everton have all shown an interest in signing him as of late with his €30 million release clause making him even more attractive. The fact the release clause is to be paid in two €15 million instalments makes him even more attractive to the trio.

This season the 23-year-old, who formerly played for Sassuolo, has made 24 appearances across all competitions to date. In just under 1900 minutes on the park, he has scored three goals and provided 11 assists for his teammates.
