White supremacist poster boy Richard Spencer is having a bad week. On Friday, his hate site altright.com was shut down by domain registrar GoDaddy for violating the company’s terms of service, and then on Sunday, the hate-monger’s credit card was declined at a Montana bar where he was trying to order a $4.25 shot of Bulleit bourbon, perhaps to drown his sorrows after losing his homepage.

Doug Rommereim, the owner of the Great Northern Bar in Whitefish, Montana, decided to share a photo of Spencer’s receipt — which includes the word “Declined!” scrawled across the top — on Facebook, along with a scathing note:

Spencer apparently lives near the bar when he’s not traveling across the country leading white nationalist rallies, and locals like Rommereim don’t like his presence in town. “The racist spiels, his ethnic cleansing ideas I find repugnant, as do most people that live in this town,” Rommereim tells local news station KGVO. “I would never put someone’s credit card up like that because they got declined, I would never do that... except in this one instance where I thought it was kind of funny.”

According to the Daily Beast, Spencer’s apparent troubles with cashflow follow several lawsuits, both filed by and against him (the latter is for his involvement in the Unite the Right rally, which resulted in the death of counter-protester Heather Hayer). For the latter case, Spencer had taken to Crowdfunding to solicit funds for his legal defense.

And despite his issues with Spencer, Rommereim says he still wouldn’t block him from coming back to the Great Northern. “I don’t like it, but I don’t want to cause a scene,” the bar owner remarks.
