Overall Responsibility

Working with and reporting to the MSION Sales Coordinators for Social Marketing, and Sale Officers will be responsible for achievement of set targets as concerns Mariprist sales in the assigned territory, identify training needs and working together with the Reps carry out continuous CMEs ensuring adherence to MSI quality standards in assigned specific states etc.        

Specific Responsibilities

Improve numeric coverage of current channels with MA/PAC– reach more outlets to widen access, especially MA/PAC:

  • SOs will carry products for sales & also provide continuous medical education on the correct use of Mariprist for MA.
  • Lead sales of Mariprist and manage collection of cash on sales made.
  • Ensure accountability by keeping a record of sales and payment.
  • Ensure the availability of documentation, reporting, referral formats, guidelines,
  • Facilitate liaison of franchised clinics with other institutions for demand generation and consumption of Mariprist.
  • SOs to access products from Reps in territory of coverage.
  • Each SO will have a target of 100 packs of Mariprist sales per month
  • Each SO will visit each target outlet/pharmacy/PPMV at least 3 times a week for reminder calls, stock refill & payment collections with all report on this submitted daily.
  • This project will drive additional sales of 3,400 packs of Mariprist per Month

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of products in the SMOs of coverage.
  • Prepare and submit daily report to Sales and payment to SC.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales and payment report to the sales coordinator.

Others

  • Any other duty reasonably assigned by line manager
  • Willingness to frequently travel to locations outside coverage area
