For the low, low cost of $15 million, you can purchase the house where Kevin Durant hosted his free-agency meetings in 2016.

According to a listing at Sotheby's (h/t New York Times' Malika Andrews and Marc Stein), the home at 189 Further Lane in East Hampton, New York, has hit the market with an asking price of $14,995,000.

The five-bedroom estate, which is an estimated 7,400 square feet, sits on 3.2 acres and is one block away from the Atlantic Ocean.

It also played a pivotal part in recent basketball history considering it's the spot where Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala all visited Durant and successfully pitched him on signing with the Golden State Warriors

Since then, Durant has added a Larry O'Brien Trophy and 2017 Finals MVP to his trophy case.

Now up 1-0 in the Western Conference Finals against the Houston Rockets, Durant and the rest of the Hamptons Five have their sights set on back-to-back titles.
