I do get why people are excited and wanting there phone right away. It seems like people are going a little overboard with how much anger they have though. They said they would ship within the next 7 days. And if you ordered the phone on the first day (16th) then they started shipping the phone between the 7th and 8th business day so they are not to far off from there original statement. I think people thought they would get a email in 2 days saying the phone had shipped because we are so used to ordering something on amazon or whatever and it's on our doorstep within a day or to. I do get people's frustration but I think we should give them at least a chance especially since this is there first order ever.
I get being excited but the amount of anger with a new startup that's struggling to get it right is kinda crazy.
