I do get why people are excited and wanting there phone right away. It seems like people are going a little overboard with how much anger they have though. They said they would ship within the next 7 days. And if you ordered the phone on the first day (16th) then they started shipping the phone between the 7th and 8th business day so they are not to far off from there original statement. I think people thought they would get a email in 2 days saying the phone had shipped because we are so used to ordering something on amazon or whatever and it's on our doorstep within a day or to. I do get people's frustration but I think we should give them at least a chance especially since this is there first order ever.

I get being excited but the amount of anger with a new startup that's struggling to get it right is kinda crazy.

Start at the beginning of this thread 400 plus comments back and read up. People get pretty upset and angry the further up you read.
Nothing wrong in expressing disappointment to let some frustration out... Everyone knows it's not the end of the world but we are all nerds trying to get the latest stuff asap. As long as it doesn't revert to personal attacks against each other, it's ok to vent some frustration against these corporations (small or big) in forums like these IMO.

And more over we are just trying to gather as much info as possible from each other since the support is of no use

By the way, have any of you that received the shipping notice actually been able to track ANYTHING about your phone? When I click on the tracking #, I get a notice that there is no such tracking number at the moment. God, I hope that this is just not another Essential tactic.

FedEx doesn't update their system until after 8pm
