Two people injured after car flips over on I-485 outer loop in Matthews

MATTHEWS, NC (WBTV) - Two people were injured in a crash in Matthews Monday night.
The crash happened on the outer loop of I-485 near Exit 51 around 10 p.m.
Officials on the scene say the driver over-corrected the vehicle after veering off of the road and eventually flipping over.
According to Medic, two people were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. The victim's names have not been released.
