Torino are considering signing Inter “owned” striker Andrea Pinamonti to replace Simone Zaza, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how Russian side Zenit Saint Petersburg are interested in signing Zaza, forcing the Granata to look for a new forward this month. The club are willing to invest on a young talent, with multiple names in the running.

These three names are Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca, who is also being followed by Benfica, AC Milan, Napoli and Roma, Pinamonti and Cagliari’s Alberto Cerri.

Finally, there is a fourth option, the report continues. Hatem Ben Arfa has been proposed to the club, although they aren’t keen on the idea.

Pinamonti has made 17 appearances for the Rossoblu so far this season, scoring four goals and providing three assists across all competitions in that time. Pinamonti’s position at the club is currently in doubt, due to the ideas of new coach Davide Nicola.
