A man adopted as a child and convinced he is the secret love child of Prince Charles and Camilla has launched a legal bid to force the heir to the throne to have a DNA test.

Simon Dorante-Day, 53, said court clerks laughed when he filed papers with the High Court in Australia and admitted three previous legal claims have been thrown out.

But the engineer, who moved to Sydney after he was adopted, is refusing to give up his ’40 year search for the truth’.

Simon was born in Gosport, Hampshire, in April 1966 and was adopted when he was 18-months-old by Karen and David Day.

If his bizarre claim is true, it would mean he was conceived in 1965 when Charles was 17 and Camilla, 18. The couple are understood to have met in their early 20s in 1971.

He has previously posted pictures on social media of himself as a young man next to photographs of Camilla and other members of the Parker-Bowles family in a desperate attempt to compare likeness.

Simon claims his adoptive grandparents Winifred and Ernest worked for the Queen and Prince Philip as a cook and a gardener and told him ‘many times’ that he was ‘Charles and Camilla’s child’.

According to Simon ? who has long alleged that he is the product of the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall?s affair, which began in the 1960s ? his identity would have been revealed 22 years ago if it weren?t for Princess Diana?s untimely death on Aug. 31, 1997. We believe that Diana knew of my existence and that she had put the pieces together,? Simon exclusively tells New Idea. In fact, now based in Queensland, Simon, 52, believes the late princess, who was killed in a car accident in Paris, was planning to go public with the information before she died. ?At the time, there were all sorts of rumours flying around about the royal family, and my existence was one of them,? Simon continues. ?I think Diana was at a point where she was finding out answers about her life, how she was wronged, and she was going to go public with it.? camilla sercet son An image of a young Simon (left) is the spitting image of Camilla's son Tom Parker Bowles (right) Supplied; Getty Simon, who was born on Apr. 5, 1966, has long alleged that he has evidence to back up his claims he is the son of Charles and Camilla, including his original birth certificate, which appears to list fake names for his biological parents. According to the father-of- nine, Camilla fell pregnant in 1965 but kept it a secret. He was born in Gosport, near Portsmouth, England, and was adopted by local couple Karen and David Day at 18 months old. His adoptive grandparents, Winifred and Ernest, worked for the Queen and Prince Philip in one of their households, with Ernest receiving an Imperial Service Award for his work. ?I was very close to my grandmother and she told me many times that I was Camilla and Charles? child,? Simon says. ?She didn?t just hint at it, she told me outright.? camilla secret son Getty Meanwhile, Simon says a photo of him as a teenager is further proof that he is the Queen?s illegitimate grandson, because it shows his uncanny resemblance to his ?biological parents? their Royal Highnesses. ?Someone had commented on my facial bone structure being the same as Her Maj,? Simon shared on Facebook. ?The Camilla-style hair doesn?t miss.? And it seems others can also see the similarities between Simon and his so-called half- brothers, including Tom Parker Bowles and Prince William. ?William looked a bit like you at this age,? his friend Lucy Banksia wrote. camilla secret son Prince Charles and Camilla wed in a civil ceremony at Windsor Guildhall in April 2005 Speaking to New Idea, Simon?s wife Elvianna has no doubt her husband is of royal blood. ?We believe the royals kept Simon until he was 18 months old,? she spills. ?And Diana knew ... she was going to go public. He said previously: ‘I know it sounds unbelievable, but anything I say is check-able.

‘I’m simply a man looking for my biological parents, and every road has led me back to Camilla and Charles.’

Simon filed legal papers just before Christmas and said they have been sent to a High Court judge in Sydney to review and assess.

He believes the palace would have learnt of his legal action and expects it would have caused ‘panic’ for the Queen.

He even thinks the furore surrounding Meghan and Harry’s decision to leave royal life and the subsequent Sandringham crisis summit earlier this month was a ‘cover-up’ over his secret birth.

He said: ‘While the whole world was thinking they were talking about Harry, we believe this legal battle would’ve also been on the agenda and discussed.’

Simon added: ‘It’s definitely the most significant step I’ve taken so far – I’ve had to force a deadline, hold them to a date, because we need answers.’

The British national, who calls himself ‘Prince Simon’ online, claimed on social media to have ‘compelling evidence’ proving his claim but added: ‘As things are all part of the court case at the moment I can’t discuss much further.’

He told New Idea: ‘My grandmother, who worked for the Queen, told me outright that I was Camilla and Charles’ son many times.’

His wife Elvianna added: ‘We believe that Camilla fell pregnant to Charles and, with the help of her family and the royals, kept Simon until he was 18 months old.’

Simon, who now lives in Queensland, is requesting a mediation session and a ‘Statement of Paternity’.
