Laurence Jones to support Glenn Hughes on Classic Deep Purple Live tour
Blues rock marvel Laurence Jones has been unveiled as the very special guest on Glenn Hughes’ upcoming UK tour.
Laurence will support Glenn on his Classic Deep Purple Live shows in Bristol, Leamington Spa, Southampton, Cardiff, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester and London this October.

Ahead of the Glenn Hughes support slots, Laurence Jones plays a Planet Rock presents headline tour this month in support of his recently released new studio album ‘The Truth’.
Available to buy via Top Stop Music, ‘The Truth’ was produced by the Grammy Award winning label’s owner Gregory Elias at Sony Studios in Miami.
Laurence says of the album: “The direction of this album is one I have always wanted to take and that's crossover blues, just like my heroes John Mayer, Eric Clapton and even Jimi Hendrix.
“They managed to really bring the sound of the blues to the masses. This is definitely my favourite album that I have made to date. I can't wait for people to hear The Truth.”
He continues: “The new album is about the truth. “Everybody is searching for the truth and for answers. Some people never find it and some people can see a clear vision. Then others stop searching just as they’re about to discover the answer.
“This concept lead me to write a crossover album reflecting on love, life and the reality of what is happening in today's world.”
