Commonwealth Games: Nigeria’s Ogunlewe, Adegoke Through To 100m Final

 

Team Nigeria sprinters, Seye Ogunlewe and Enoch Adegoke, are through to the final of the 100 metres at the Commonwealth Games in Australia.

Adegoke won his semi-final race in a time of 10.24 seconds while Ogunlewe clocked a season’s best of 10.20 seconds to place third in the third semi-final on Sunday.

The 100 metres final, which take place on Monday, will feature Jamaica’s Yohan Blake and Kemar Hyman of the Cayman Islands.

Others are Adam Gemili of the Great Britain, the South African duo of Akani Simbene and Henricho Bruintjies, as well as Jason Rogers of St. Kits and Nevis.
