According to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, which appeared on their website Gazzetta.it, the reason Valentino Lazaro has not played much at Inter is due to showing a poor attitude when it comes to defending.

The Austrian international joined Inter in a €22 million deal from Bundesliga outfit Hertha Berlin in the Summer transfer window but has been limited to just one substitute appearance since his arrival in Milan.

Inter manager Antonio Conte has not been impressed by the attitude that the 23-year-old has shown when it comes to defending but the report goes on to state that due to Inter’s packed upcoming scheduled, Lazaro may get more chances to impress.

In the coming weeks Inter will face some lesser sides in Sassuolo, Parma, Brescia and Bologna so he may get a chance in these games that fall in between Champions League group stage matches to allow other players to rest up.
