Belgium national team manager Roberto Martinez has confirmed that he and his coaching staff are monitoring the condition of several players, including Inter’s Romelu Lukaku.

“With the exception of Leander Dendoncker and Simon Mignolet, all players are available for selection,” he said in an interview with Belgian news outlet RTBF ahead of the Red Devils two EURO 2020 group stage qualifiers.

“We must pay close attention to four players who have returned from injury in recent weeks: Thorgan Hazard, Timothy Castagne, Thomas Meunier and Romelu Lukaku. If Romelu is fit, he will play tomorrow against San Marino and not against Kazakhstan.”

Belgium currently sit at the top of Group I having won all six of their games to date and could secure their place at next Summer’s finals, which will be played at a series of host countries over Europe, by picking up two points from the six available to them.
