I felt a surge, an impulse. It was like a drop of blood in a shark infested water, my ears perked, I was stimulated and alerted, I sniffed the air like a bloodhound after a criminal and I perceived a familiar smell. Yeah! You know that smell.....that smell of ink from the pen of a skilled writer.

Like this! 0 Dislike this! 0 ReplyHappened to me years ago. Got a yellow cab at Ebute meta to Maryland at about 7pm. Right under the bridge where they do timber cab driver said his car was spoilt. There was no where to go to and no way to go back. It was getting dark. Just then a car with 2 guys pulled up and told me to go with them that I wasn’t safe there. I was so scared. They begged and pleaded with me to enter that I wasn’t safe there. The cab driver abused them and told me I would be raped if I left with them. They said they knew me from Maryland. Eventually I weighed it up and I got in with them while the cab driver rained curses of Ashawo on me. They told me they used to see me with a chubby lady in Maryland and described my best friend. I relaxed. After a while they asked me to look. lo and behold there was the cab that was meant to be bad speeding past us. They told me lost of girls got raped and robbed there. It’s a scam. They dropped me at home and I thanked them profusely. Guys I don’t know who u are but just know I have prayed for u every single day. May God bless u. Amen.
