BBNaija: Actor Mofe Duncan apologises to Tacha after backlash from fans

- Mofe Duncan explained that N50m cannot buy character

- The actor has now apologised after facing heavy backlash from Tacha’s fans on social media

The BBNaija 2019 show is proving to be a never ending hot topic as fans have continued to find different dimensions to it.

One of the top contenders on the show, Tacha, was disqualified after being violent to another housemate, Mercy, during a heated fight.

After her exit from the show, Tacha’s fans have not taken the issue lightly as many of them have showed support. One of Tacha’s top fans, Jaruma, even took things a notch higher by promising to give the ex-housemate N50m.

In reaction to Jaruma’s gesture, Nollywood actor, Mofe Duncan, explained that N50m cannot buy character and character is highly important.

Well, Duncan’s take on the issue did not go down well with Tacha’s fans and the actor had to clarify his statement claiming that it was not directed at the former BBNaija housemate.

He also explained that trolls using his failed marriage as an insult have nothing against him because if his marriage did not kill him, their comments cannot.

In other news, Legit.ng reported that Nigeria comedian and politician, Mr Jollof, has promised to beat up blogger, Tunde Ednut, for hating on Tacha.

According to Jollof, Tunde is a bitter soul and he does not understand why he hates Tacha who is only trying to grow. He added that Tunde has failed at all his ventures which are music and comedy and he is now trying to be a blogger and he will fail at it too.
