  • Sale of Major Franchise System in Australia

    We undertook to act on behalf of the owner of a large Australian Franchise System with franchisees in every state of Australia. The sale was finalised in September 2012 after a comprehensive marketing campaign. The potential buyers were narrowed down to a short list of five and the eventual buyer was successful after a spirited bidding process.
