President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday sworn-in 43 persons that would serve as ministers under his new government.

However, the president introduced four new ministries that did not exist in his first four years, findings by www.IDOMAVOICE.com have shown

Here are the ministries and their minister.

1. Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affiars (Sen. George Akume – Benue)

2. Police Affairs (Mohammed Maigari Dangyadi – Sokoto)

3. Power (Engr. Sale Mamman – Taraba) power was initially under the ministry of works and housing headed by Babatunde Fashola.

4. Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development) Sadiya Umar Faruk – Zamfara)

I hope they know this is one of the tools they will use to create the 20 million job they promised.

This sounds more to me like political appointments and compensation; too much, too little of what is desirable. Well let's see what they have got. They might prove noteworthy on the long run

It's now Foreign Investment and International Affairs.
I don't understand all this ministry creation and cancellation, can't we have a law to back creation of ministries and also duties of each.
Imagine the cost incurred to make Fashola ministries into 1, and the cost of dissolution also.
Let's hope one crazy president like Rochas, Ortom, Cross River governor and others (that appointed SA or created irrelevant ministry to accommodate everyone) won't come to create 2ministries for each state.
