"You're used to dealing with stupid people, you're not gonna outsmart me" - Nicki Minaj kicks Joe Budden off her radio show after heated argument
On Monday afternoon, August 12th Nicki Minaj appeared on Apple's Beats 1 Radio for the latest episode of Queen Radio.
For the show, she had fellow rapper, Joe Budden and his podcast co-hosts, Mal and Rory, appear as guests. The purpose was, in Budden's words, to make peace with the Barbz (Nicki Minaj's fanbase) but the conversation ended with Nicki Minaj kicking him off the show.
During the episode, Nicki accused Budden of calling her a liar, citing Budden's recent podcast episode as well as an episode from Budden's tenure on Complex's Everyday Struggle to make her point.
She also said Budden claimed she was on drugs. "It's okay for you to make me sound crazy and say I'm on drugs, right? That was okay too, right?" Nicki said at one point during her argument with Budden.
"Are you that fucking dumb? You like tearing down women when they can't defend themselves. You're so used to thinking you're the smartest person in the room" she angrily repeated.
At this point, Budden's mic was then cut off, but the interview continued with Mal and Rory.
