In this Vintage Halloween Safety Video, we learn about Halloween safety tips, such as making sure not to wear a mask that doesn't have big enough eye holes to see out of properly. After pointing out one of these dangerous masks that a little girl is wearing, the narrator tells us "if you were wearing one of these masks, this is what it would be like". The video cuts to a scene where the camera is filming from inside the small eye-holes of the mask, showing us how you could get hit by a car.
Throughout this 11-minute video, many other safety tips are given, such as "make sure to wear a costume with flame retardant material" and beware of people who put blades inside of candy apples. The best part of this video are all the vintage costumes. My favorite is the clown kid.
