Okowa greets Obaseki at 60

Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa yesterday congratulated his Edo counterpart, Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

He lauded Obaseki’s ingenuity in working tirelessly to industrialise his state and make life easier for the people.

Okowa eulogised the Edo chief executive for his patriotic and unrelenting service to his state and the nation.

In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Charles Aniagwu, in Asaba, the Delta governor said Obaseki had provided purposeful, courageous and tenacious leadership for the people of Edo State in the last three years.

He beseeched God to grant the celebrant long life, good health and wisdom in his service to Edo people and Nigeria in general.
