Relationships are constant work

I think the title says it all.

Every relationship requires empathy, compassion, dedication, persistence, honesty, truth, commitment, and vulnerability. If you stop doing one, everything else falls apart.

It just isn’t easy to realize you’ve stopped doing one when you have depression and adhd.

It’s hard to know when you don’t even know what you’re feeling. How weird is that?!
