Barcelona are in negotiations with Inter over the transfer of Lautaro Martinez according to a report from Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who has just broken the news whilst in the Italian broadcaster’s studios.
As per his report, Barcelona and Inter are primarily talking about the 22-year-old Argentine international striker but other players name are being discussed and there is a possibility that Barcelona could send some players to Inter as part of a deal although he has not revealed the names of those also brought up in conversation.
Di Marzio goes on to add that there is also a chance that Barcelona make an offer for Lautaro that exceeds his €111 million release clause that is currently in his contract, a clause which is only valid for the first two weeks of every July.
This season Lautaro, who has also been linked to Real Madrid elsehwere in the media, has scored 16 goals in 28 appearances across all competitions.
