Snowwolf upgrade help

ive had this snowwolf vfeng for a while it’s black and gold with LED’s and no matter what I can’t seem to update/upgrade firmware. All it does is turn on and say:

SnowWolf
Vfeng
1735 V1.2
——————-
And it will go to that screen and stay. But when I follow the instructions to update/upgrade with the batteries out and holding the fire button it says check batteries and won’t connect to the computer to upgrade. And yes I do have the swvapev1.1 app for the pc it will connect but won’t upgrade. Help me please. It will also say calibration fail. Please help. (Pics posted)

Hello, i don’t have a snowwolf vfeng but I did have the same issue with diffrent manfuctures softwares.
To fix it use the usb cable that came with the mod and try switch between usb 2.0 and 3.0

If you don’t have the usb that came with the mod try with diffrent usbs till you get the right one

I don't have a vfeng either but I did have an issue with my Aegis Legend where it wouldn't update when there was a firewall active on my work PC. Maybe check the firewall's off when you try to upgrade.

Any one find it out just took it out of the package and hit it a couple of times everything is new and then just check battery can’t do nothing else

A bit more info would help. What have you tried, what batteries make and mah are you using.
