From day 7 onwards started using a "Smartie" sketchpad kit by lilorosh https://lilorosh.com/collections/smartie
It holds my pencils, pens and crayons
Fits comfortably on one hand..
..and has a strap that attaches it to my other hand so I don't struggle to balance it when I'm standing.
