    Interesting when you consider our need for belonging when building learning relationships and the message these models could send. Perhaps they say this: Exclusion – you don’t belong here. Separation – you belong with others like you but not here with us. Integration – you don’t belong here but we will tolerate you. Inclusion – you belong here.

      That is precisely the issue Kevin. I feel I have lived my career going through these stages and rarely experiencing the latter one!
