battery door broken

Not sure if I'm posting in the right place.

My battery door on my Paranormal 75 broke. Have emailed evolve hoping to get a replacement

I don't think Evolve will help you,they produce the board only.
You could try Lost Vape,the manufacturer of the mod.How old is the device?

They make the board inside the device, they don't make the mod.

It just uses there parts, LostVape make the device.

Think it's probably a little old now for any warranty.

Someone on the evolve forum said they had theirs replaced using their ticket request thing so thats why I did it

How did you break it off, would take some force to crack the metal door. It looks like the door has been forced back against the hinge.
